Every patrol-certified officer must undergo an exhaustive training regimen, exceeding 400 hours of rigorous training. This comprehensive preparation includes 6-8 weeks of field training with a Field Training Officer, arming them with hands-on expertise. All patrol officers must regularly take training courses in a wide variety of subjects pertinent to their position. From conflict de-escalation to crisis prevention and intervention, they become adept in diffusing even the most challenging situations. Our officers must master defensive tactics, taser operation, close-quarters combat (CQC), and undertake advanced firearms training, ensuring they are ready to face any threat with unyielding confidence.
