All our Security Officers are certified by the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training and must complete annual training and refresher courses to maintain their certifications. Our officers have diverse backgrounds, many hold previous military experience, previous law enforcement experience or have worked government security details before joining Talon Protection Group. 

Our Security Officers have similar gear to our partners in the law enforcement community. Talon Protection Group strives to ensure our officers are given all the tools they need to succeed in their jobs.
